Instructions for Entering Scores

All scores are required to be entered by Monday at Midnight following the previous Sunday (End of CBL week) or your organization will be assessed a fine.
· Click the “Rep Login" Link on Main Page.
· When presented with the CBL Login page select your organization and enter your USERID and Password.
· You will be presented with a page with your CBL information. Click the link for “Report Scores”
· Select the week you wish to report form the list of dates and then click the button for the Gym you want to enter scores for.
· You will be presented with a page with the games that need to be reported (No Scores) for this week in this Gym.

Enter
the scores for the games. If a game has
been canceled (not played) check the DNP box and select a reason from the list
of reasons. This game will be marked “Canceled” in the Database to enter this
score later you must report to the CBL Recorder reference “Instructions for
Reporting Cancel Game Scores and Correcting Database Errors” document for
instructions.

When all scores have been entered click the button.

You will be presented with a confirmation page. Please verify that all information is
correct.

If something is wrong click the button.
b.
If
all is OK enter your 9 digit Update Code in
the Red rectangle box
then click button. ** If you do not enter the correct verification number you will
not update the Database **

You will then get a box which say’s Click OK to proceed
with Update, else cancel to return to
Update Page. Click OK to finish Update
of Database and continue.

You are now finished … you can now Report more scores
or close the Window.
