Who Can Join the CBL?

In order for your Town/Township/Borough/City, School, Organization, or Association to be considered to join the Community Basketball League, the following criteria must be met.

  • Age Range

    Your Town/Township/Borough/City, School, Organization, or Association must serve youth within our target age range (3rd Grade – 12th Grade)

  • Facilties

    Your Town/Township/Borough/City, School, Organization, or Association has access to use at least one (1) Indoor Basketball Court. The CBL requires at least 6 home games per team and your gym(s) must allow this.

  • Insurance

    Your Town/Township/Borough/City, School, Organization, or Association must have insurance that covers all players and the facilities

  • Non-Discrimination

    Your Town/Township/Borough/City, School, Organization, or Association must have non-discrimination policy for the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations

  • Distance

    Your Town/Township/Borough/City, School, Organization, or Association’s Indoor Basketball Court must be within 1 hour driving distance of Easton, PA

  • League Regulations

    Your Town/Township/Borough/City, School, Organization, or Association agrees to all current policies, rules, by-laws, and fees associated with the Community Basketball League

  • Ejection

    Your Town/Township/Borough/City, School, Organization, or Association has never been ejected from the Community Basketball League, or if it has, your Town/Township/Borough/City, School, Organization, or Association’s probationary period to reapply to the CBL has concluded

Even if your Town/Township/Borough/City, School, Organization, or Association meets the requirements above, this does not mean your application to join the CBL will be approved by the governing body of the CBL.

How to Join the CBL?

In order to join the Community Basketball League, you must submit the below Application with a $50.00 Non-Refundable Application Fee:
